Stepped-Profile Powder-Coated Crate Clips for Wooden Boxes - Blue and Yellow
These ORIENS wooden box clips feature a formed sheet-metal profile with visible offset sections near the gripping ends. The product photographs show blue and yellow powder-coated examples. Select by Joint Geometry
When replacing a crate fastener, compare the bend positions, end profile, width and engagement with the existing part. A similar color or overall appearance does not establish interchangeability. Supply a drawing or measured sample so the stepped profile can be checked against your wooden box panels.
For export packaging and returnable crate projects, include panel material, panel thickness, joint details and shipping conditions in the enquiry. Confirm fit and removal on the assembled box. The clip alone does not define the load rating or reuse life of the complete crate.
Assembly and Maintenance
Compatible ORIENS crate clips are fitted by hand. A suitable pry bar is used for removal; check the tool engagement against the selected clip profile before use. Inspect the clips and panel engagement before reassembly.
Identify the photographed profile and required color when contacting ORIENS. Final color requirements are agreed with the order. Packing quantity per carton, carton dimensions and gross weight are quoted for this profile; include the delivery destination for shipping estimates.
