Working Principle

The system uses a 10600nm CO2 laser combined with fractional scanning technology. In Fractional Mode, the scanner distributes laser energy into an arranged pattern of individual points across the selected scanning area, with controlled spacing between adjacent points.

The operator can adjust power, point duration, point spacing, scanning dimensions and scanning method through the control interface. Point energy is related to laser power and point duration; increasing point duration increases the energy delivered at each point under the same power setting.

For cutting applications, the system provides dedicated pulsed operating options with adjustable power and pulse width.
