A portable UV marking machine uses UV lasers to perform high-precision marking (such as lettering, patterns, and codes) on material surfaces. Feature:
UV marking machines use a 355nm wavelength UV laser. Compared to fiber lasers and CO₂ lasers, UV lasers are "cold processing" and mark materials through a photochemical reaction rather than a thermal reaction, resulting in a minimal heat-affected zone.
The main process is as follows:
A UV laser emits a high-energy UV laser beam;
The laser beam is controlled by a galvanometer system, enabling high-speed movement and precise positioning;
It is focused onto the material surface via an F-θ field lens;
The laser acts on the material surface, causing molecular chains to break or evaporate, forming the desired marking content (text, QR code, image, etc.).
