Our CNC vertical lathe machine is specially designed for heavy duty metal turning and large diameter workpieces. The double column vertical lathe represents advanced equipment integrating mechanical-electrical-hydraulic systems, incorporating modern design philosophy and manufacturing technology. Utilizing CAD optimization design and equipped with advanced functional components, it achieves exceptional strength, high dynamic and static stiffness, precision, heavy loading capacity, efficiency, long service life, and safe, reliable operation.
The worktable consists of the worktable base, worktable, spindle components, and transmission device. Manufactured from high-strength low-stress cast iron, it ensures sufficient rigidity, strength, and thermal stability. The worktable spindle bearing utilizes high-precision double row short cylindrical roller bearings, guaranteeing precise rotation and extended operational life.
The machine employs a vertical shaft transmission system as its primary drivetrain. Powered by an AC servo motor driving the spindle, the gearbox enables mechanical two-gear transformations through cylinder shifting, allowing the worktable to achieve stepless speed regulation within the range of 0.63-63r/min.
