HTC large-size serial CNC lathe is a brand new versatile CNC horizontal lathe developed and designed by our factory as per the modularized design idea which is advanced in the world at present; 45 °high-rigidity integral tilting bed features stable performance and ensures machining accuracy and useful life; through finite element analysis, the product realizes the most reasonable structure layout; modularized combination easily realizes 3-axis and 4-axis configuration and function. HTC 80 series horizontal integral tilted bed, adopts internal rib-shaped layout, wide excellent resistance to torsion CNC lathe adopts 45°(75° is optional resin bonded sand technique casting, guiderail surface, high overall rigidity of and advantage of smooth chip removal. for partial models) features reasonable bed, and features.

A:High rigidity
It adopts 45° and 75° high-rigidity integral inclined bed, and all castings are optimized by finite element
method, which effectively eliminates vibration during machine operation and cutting, enhances reliability, and is easy to

All parts of the machine tool adopt precision grinding parts from well-known manufacturers at home and abroad. Optional overall 75° inclined bed machine tool, equipped with a vertical and horizontal center frame, the center of the spindle is closer to the operator, which is convenient for loading and unloading workpieces and chip removal.
