Product Description:

HDLH2510Z Vertical abrasive expansion honing machine is a kind of mechanical equipment used for polishing and polishing the surface of metal products.
It mainly consists of the following parts: 1. Vertical main frame: provide the main body support of the equipment. 2. Sand bar conveying mechanism: responsible for transporting abrasive materials such as sand bar to the workpiece surface. 3. Expansion mechanism: The use of pneumatic or hydraulic principle, the sand for appropriate expansion, so that it better fit the surface of the workpiece. 4. Honing mechanism: use the friction of the sand bar to polish and polish the surface of the workpiece. Suitable for high-pressure pump parts, cylinders, piston pump parts, connectingrods, gears, guide bushings, hydraulic valves, valve bushings, ceramic parts and so on.
Application:
Hydraulic cylinder body, large valve body, compressor and other large parts and other mechanical
parts with precision bore. Part materials can be cast iron, steel parts, hardened hardware,
non-ferrous metals, ceramics and so on.
