These inspections are incoming inspection, QA inspection, assembly line online test, patrol inspection, dust removal test, aging test, FQC test, enhanced dust removal test, Package inspection. All projectors are 100% tested and approved. Warranty: Volto projector with 3 years warranty for the whole machine. We provide free replacement for the consumables parts like Insulation glass and fan within 12month.
Q2:What’s your shipping methods?
A2:We usually ship orders by EMS/DHL/UPS/FedEx or Sea from Volto factory. Please noted our shipping period is 7-10 days. All the tracking information will be sent to your email or your whatsapp/Wechat/Skype account. You can contact us to check if your order has shipped anytime.
Q3:What should I do if I find that the product is of poor quality or damaged?
A3: We have refund policy for every projector: 1)/ If the product is damaged due to external forces or human factors,we will not be responsible for refunds. 2)/ We guarantee 100% replacement for any faulty projectors . If the product has a problem with internal parts, we will refund 100% without any additional cost. If you have questions about after-sales projectors, please contact us anytime.
Q4: How long can I get my order when I paid for it?
A4: All the orders need to be tested for 1-2 days before shipping. After testing your projector, we will ship to you by express. 1)/For sample order or small quantity < 500 pieces: You will receive it within 5-6 work 2)/ For bulk order>500 pieces: it will takes 14-30 work days to receive it. (If there are enough stocks, it will takes 10-15 work days to receive it) Noted: If there is a force majeure factor that causes the delivery delay or cannot be delivered, we will not be responsible. For example: rainstorm, blizzard, earthquake, mudslide, epidemic, etc.
Q5:Can your company do supplier/product development for customer?
A5: Volto with strong ODM& OEM capability. We already supported many famous company like Vankyo as projector bestseller on Amazon,the well know famous TV brand Konka also do customize home theatre projector from Volto and selling very good at Japan and USA. We supply portable projectors for the Well-known audio brand KODAK as well. Of course, we can also customize the logo for you if you want.
