The TXW280102B0 TFT LCD module is a 2.8-inch diagonal portrait mode 240 * 320 high-resolution full-color display. The TXW280102B0 LCD module supports MCU/SPI/RGB interfaces. The interface is customizable. The module size of MCU/SPI/RGB models is 50 * 69.2 * 2.3mm, and the active area size is 43.2 * 57.6mm. TXW280102B0 is integrated with ST7789V or equivalent driver IC controller on the module, with a logic power supply voltage range of 2.8V to 3.3V. The surface brightness is 400cd/m ² (Nits). The operating temperature of this model is -20 to 70 degrees Celsius, and the storage temperature is -30 to 80 degrees Celsius.
