The Open Dies Handling Cable Drum Power Steerable Railway Transfer Trolley With Hydraulic Lifting Device is an electric driven material transfer trolley which is running on the rails. It is designed for material handling from one bay to another in the working site. As the rail transfer trolleys are equipped with steel wheels and move on steel rails, and the very low friction between steel and steel, the railway transfer trolleys are suited to very high loading capacities.
The railway transfer trolley is the cable reels powered, the transfer vehicle gets power AC 380v through the device of cable reel, and the motor is controlled by the power through AC control system that make the steerable railway transfer trolley to start, stop, go forward, backward, adjust the speed and so on. To avoid damage to the cable, add a cable reel as a retracting/discharging device. Due to the limitation of the cable, it is suitable for a short-distance rail transportation system, but its structure is simple and the price is low. Therefore, it is also a common rail transportation equipment in the workshop.
The power supply can be customized according as your true demands, such as battery powered, low voltage rail powered, busbar powered, etc.
This series steerable railway transfer trolley is suitable to be applied in the bed environment, for example, high-temperature and anti-explosion condition.
Compared with KPX (battery power) series railway transfer trolley, the using time of the cable drum power transfer trolley is unlimited.
Compared with KPD (conductor rail power) series railway transfer trolley, the cable drum power transfer trolley has no strict requirement for the construction of the rails.
Compared with KPT (towed cable power) series railway trasnfer trolley, the cost is low.
