KPD series high quality motorized rail transfer cart for moving industrial heavy loads is a 36V single-phase (three-phase) low-voltage rail powered electric rail transfer cart, powered by rail sliding contact line. The ground step-down transformer control cabinet steps down the single-phase (three-phase) AC 380V to single-phase (three-phase) 36V, feeds it to the rail transfer cart through the track sliding contact line, and then steps up to single-phase (three-phase) through the on-board step-up transformer. ) AC 380V. Provide power for single-phase capacitor motor for rail transfer cart (three-phase motor for YZ hoisting metallurgy). Because no cables are needed, it is not afraid of being hot, not afraid of being smashed, and does not hinder cross-transportation. It is easy to realize remote control and automation, and it is very convenient for the transportation and layout of the factory area. However, the track construction requirements are relatively high, and the track insulation must be ensured. When the track exceeds a certain running distance, a copper bar compensation line should be added to the track. When the running distance is long, the number of step-down transformers must be increased.
