A5: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3~7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3~5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account. Sample order for checking quality is warmly welcome!

A6: Our MOQ is usually 200pcs per design per color. For our factory, we can accept custom 1pcs sample. Please consult our sales for details.

Q17: How do you guarantee the product's quality?
A17: We have a professional QA/QC team to ensure the quality. Normally, we have 4 steps of inspections to control our product quality from material to production. Firstly, material inspecting--make sure the material match the order's request. Second, production beginning--make sure the first product is the same as confirmed sample. Third, whole producing time--QC check the production line at regular intervals. Fourth, sampling inspection after finish the order.
Q15: What's your lead time?
A15: Generally, according to your order quantity. For sample -- if have in stock, 1~3 working days, custom sample 3~7 working days; For bulk order -- if have in stock, 3~5 working days, custom bulk order 18~30 working days.
