For sample -- if have in stock, 1~3 working days, custom sample 3~7 working days; For bulk order -- if have in stock, 3~5 working days, custom bulk order 18~30 working days. Q16: What is your payment method?
A16: We accept payment by L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, Paypal, Alipay etc. And the normal payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.
Q17: How do you guarantee the product's quality?
A17: We have a professional QA/QC team to ensure the quality. Normally, we have 4 steps of inspections to control our product quality from material to production. Firstly, material inspecting--make sure the material match the order's request Second, production beginning--make sure the first product is the same as confirmed sample.
