1. Advantages:
1. Good performance in color uniformity. The differences among LED chips in the same screen are no more than 3nm in wavelength, 1.2 times in brightness, 0.2V in power voltage, the waveform must be normal distribution and the color formation must be RGB:3:6:1 as required.
2. Every production process is well controlled and all of the electronic components are covered by 2mm Tri-Guard Lacquer to ensure no oxidation, no rusty and no moisture. Five-Guard Lacquer will be used for special requirements.
3. High brightness which is adjustable to sufficiently meet the needs of various application environments.
4. Large viewing angle, up to 135°horizontally and 55°vertically, with no image distortion and no color cast at any angle within this range.
5. The raw material of all of the outdoor products including LED chips, mask, glue and steel cabinets have the ability of enduring high temperature and high humidity, and being anti-UV, waterproof, anticorrosion and antirust.
6. All of the cabinets are tested by flush, shower and soaking, to ensure the waterproof grade in front side to be IP67 and back side to be IP43, and the Highway Display Screen is designed with double-deck door to ensure IP67 for both sides.
