SMART BLOCK Installation Step (Hoisting)
1- Assembling according to the arrow direction on the frames.
2- Use the hexagon screws to fix 320mm x 320mm frames.
3- After assembling the frames, lock the lifting ring and hoist it.
4- After hoisting the frames, assemble modules and then connect cables between modules (please lock the security rope first to avoid module droping)
Front maintenance:
Hold the air vacuum tool switch for 2-3 seconds. Start and place the tool on the module, then pull the tool, the module will be removed together.
Replace the module and install it in the frame, just place the module near the frame, it will connect automatically by magnets.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for LED display?
A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Both for module or whole screen.

A2:Order less than 100 square meter led time take 15 working days

A3: Low MOQ, 1 square meter or a moudle checking is available

A4: We mostly accectp FOB train term, but we can help you order and arrange shipping agent. It usually take 20 30 day on sea. a few days for customer clearance

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the design document and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the products?
A6: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A7: Yes, we offer 1 years warranty to our products
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A8: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new module with new order for small quantity.
For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution
including re-call according to real situation.,
