As a rule, a miner cannot enter the mine without carrying his lamp,
but this does not guarantee that you will not run out of battery and have an accident ending in a legal outcome for repairing the damage including a strike that would be more costly for the mine. Lighting in mining underground is important for the prevention of accidents to personnel and damage to expensive machinery due to poor lighting.
The Challenges of Mining Lighting
Traditional lamps are difficult to install in a mining tunnel and maintenance costs are high due to dust, moisture, acidic water, bruises, and contractors truckers pressuring you not to obstruct the tunnel too long as they work on commission. Our led strip light is the solution to all these needs, they have greater energy efficiency generating savings of 50%, install quickly and easily by fastening them with cable ties directly from 220V distribution cables, saving installation and maintenance time generating additional savings of 25% per month in maintenance expenses.

Other led tape lights only come lined with a fragile layer of PVC, not recommended for mining because a small blow can fracture them allowing water to enter the entire led tape light and at low temperatures can be cracked with your fingers, on the other hand, our led tape lights are sealed and protected with silicone that withstands the passage of a truck, is food-grade material free of halogens and any substance toxic, they are resistant to dust, humidity and acidic water with a useful life of 7 to 10 years.

The Advantages of Led Strip Lights
Most conventional underground mining lighting systems lose up to 50% luminescence within the first 4 to 6 months and rarely last beyond the 12-month mark.
