Are your mirrors safe for bathroom use? (Waterproof & Safety)
Yes, absolutely. Our mirrors are designed with safety as a priority. They feature IP54 rated waterproof electronics, and the entire unit is certified by UL, CE, CB, UKCA and SAA. All electrical components are housed in a splash-proof box to ensure long-term durability in humid environments.
Can the LED light be replaced if it burns out?
Our high-quality LED strips have a lifespan of over 50,000 hours (approximately 20 years of normal use). While they rarely fail, the LED strips and drivers are designed to be replaceable by a professional technician without needing to replace the entire mirror.
Does the anti-fog function work automatically?
We offer two configurations. The standard version is controlled by a dedicated touch switch, allowing you to turn it on only when needed to save energy. We also offer a "Sync-on" option where the defogger activates automatically when the light is turned on.
Is the mirror bright enough to be the only light source in the bathroom?
Our LED mirrors provide excellent task lighting for makeup and shaving. However, for a full bathroom, we generally recommend using the mirror in combination with ambient ceiling lighting to ensure the entire room is perfectly lit. (Note: We can customize High-Lumen strips if needed).
What is the CRI (Color Rendering Index) of your mirrors?
We use high-fidelity LED chips with a CRI of 90+. This ensures that the reflection shows true-to-life colors, which is essential for accurate makeup application and skincare routines.
How do you ensure the mirror doesn't break during shipping?
We use export-grade reinforced packaging. This includes a customized honeycomb carton, thick EPE foam corner protectors, and a 5mm tempered glass film. Each package passes a 1-meter drop test to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
