Abstract
High mast lighting systems deliver large area illumination for stadiums and athletic fields,
roadways and interchanges, parking lots, airport aprons, freight terminals, and industrial facilities.
What are the benefits of outdoor LED high mast lights?
Outdoor LED lighting, such as LED high mast light fixtures, provide some excellent benefits for large areas or sites requiring illumination
because of how they GENERATE light and how they DISTRIBUTE light.
Light emitting diodes generate light via a semi-conductor, as opposed to the consumption of a “fuel source” like in HID lamps.
In regards to “distributing” light, LED fixtures commonly utilize “multi-point” sources, meaning the fixtures have multiple diodes with individual optics.
When you compare this to the way most HID fixtures distribute light (with a single bulb and reflectors within the fixture),
the result is light that is more EVENLY “distributed’ across a given area.

Lighting Distribution:
For Different application requirement, Razorlux Genius Series have different types of beam angles options.
at the moment we have 15° 20° 40° 60° 120° 140° beam angle available.
Razorlux has very strict Quality Control System, from checking and evaluation of incoming materials to
the delivery of products, each item will be checked and tested for several times.
Quality Control - Testing Equipments:
| For every piece of Razorlux 200 Watt LED Flood Light are tested in different procedures. |
| No. 1: Extreme temperature testing to make sure the lamps work stably and standardly under extreme temperature environment. (-40 to 60 degree) |
| No. 2: Anti-Corrosion and IP67 Waterproof Testing, to make sure the products are working well even undern corrosive and Wetting environment. |
| No. 3 & 4: Dark Room for testing IES files and other Photometric datas. |
Quality Control - Aging Department:
For every piece of Razorlux Genius™ LED Lights, they will be aged for at least 72 hours before shipment
to make sure of their long term and stable performances within lifetime.
