Delivery Time:

1. Delivery time: Accomplish manufacturing within 25 days after receiving the deposit.

2. Before delivery, we will test the display, and keep it light up for 72 hours, and check all the parts of the display to confirm it is Ok for delivery.
 

Installation :

1. We can assist the training and technical support for the customer in the factory, if the customer requires so.

2. We could send our engineer to guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your esteemed company.

3. Our technicians will offer CAD Drawing to show how to install the LED Display rightly and fast, of course, if you need.

FAQ:

1. What is flight case & wooden case? How to choose rational packing box?

Flight case has wheels and handles which is for the rental use LED display, to make the transportation be very convenient and protect the LED display better.
Wooden case is only for one time using transportation. After unpack, it cannot be used any longer. For the fixed installation LED panel system, wooden case packing is the only way and best way for packing since the low cost and same safety level for one time using.
If your LED display screen system is for the rental use, please choose the flight case packing for your LED display screen.
 

2. What's the difference between synchronous control system? What is asynchronous control system?

Synchronous & asynchronous refers to the controlling PC working together with the LED display or not. Synchronous means when the LED display screen system is working, the controlling PC must open and cannot be closed. Asynchronous control system means when the LED display is working, the controlling PC can be closed and has not further relationship with the LED sign; the LED display can work independently after the basic set up and the program making.
 

3. How to choose the corresponding control system for your LED display?

Product model, controlling distance & application is the main factors. One more point is that the synchronous control system always has much better viewing effect and more powerful function.
 

4. What is simple cabinet, what is standard waterproof cabinet?

Simple cabinet has not backdoor, standard waterproof cabinet has backdoor, etc.
If you can make very good dustproof and waterproof system for your LED display, simple cabinet is also an optional solution when budget is limited.

5. What is front maintenance, what is rear maintenance? How to choose the best servicing model for your LED display system?

Front maintenance has two means to achieve: module front maintenance & cabinet front maintenance.
Rear maintenance has only one means: from the backdoor of the cabinet.
When the display is very small, cabinet front maintenance will be more convenient.
