Our heavy-duty powered galvanized roller conveyor is built to handle aluminum, steel and stone sheets without bending, jamming or corroding. The hot-dip galvanized frame resists rust in wet or humid workshops, while the powered rollers give positive drive even under high load.
Key Features • Galvanized frame – zinc coating protects against moisture and chemicals used in metal and stone processing. • Powered rollers – each roller is chain-driven from a geared motor, so sheets move steadily without manual push. • Load capacity – frame and rollers support typical sheet weights up to 1,000 kg per meter (exact figure depends on roller pitch and motor power selected). • Adjustable speed – use the built-in VFD to set a belt speed between 5 and 15 m/min to match your process. • Modular sections – order straight, curved or merge sections in the length you need; bolt together on site. • Standard roller widths – 500 mm, 600 mm, 800 mm, 1,000 mm, 1,200 mm; non-standard widths available on request. • Simple controls – 24 V DC control inputs let you start, stop and adjust speed from your existing control cabinet or PLC.
Typical Applications • Feeding cut-to-length aluminum sheets into a CNC punch. • Transferring steel blanks from stacking station to welding cell. • Moving granite or marble slabs from saw to edge-polishing machine.
