RE: For the F5 Series SMD LED flood light,Dualrays provide 5 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2: What’s your shipping method ?

RE: UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT or Shipping by Air,by train(for Europe) or by sea for option.

Q3: Can I strat with 1pcs for sample test?

RE: No MOQ, Sample order for testing welcome.

Q4: How long is your production time?

RE: Normally 3-5 business days for samples, 10-15 business days for bulk orders.

Q5: I don't know what luminaire can be applied, do you provide lighting calculation(Dialux simulation)?

RE: Yes, we have professional DIAlux team to support you, please send us the sizes of your applications and your requirements, we'll work out best solutions. If you have own engineers or electrician, IES files also can be downloaded on our Website or contact us to send.
