Unpack and examine the lamp carefully, report any damage and save all packing materials if any portion of the product was damaged during transportation
If the lamp is damaged, do not use it!

According to the International Standard of LED luminaire, DUALRAYS formally claims that DUALRAYS Bulk Head LED Porch Light series products are only allowed to be applied to indoor or semi-outdoor neutral environment. DUALRAYS promises full warranty for the products. Any severe environment application including high/low temperature, high humidity, high salinity, high-ammonia etc. is not permitted without official confirmation from the manufacturer. If any misapplication occurs, the warranty policy is no longer guaranteed.

RE: 5 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side occur during this period, we will cover shipping costs and provide replacements.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
RE: We accept multiple payment methods including Western Union, Paypal, T/T, L/C. Standard payment for bulk orders is T/T: 30% in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
Q3: What is CRI?
RE: CRI (Color Rendering Index) measures how accurately colors appear under the light. Higher CRI values (80Ra standard, 90Ra available) provide better color representation.
Q4: Can I purchase only the housing separately?
RE: We only supply complete luminaire fixtures, but SKD/CKD (Semi-Knocked Down/Completely Knocked Down) options are available.
Q5: What are the shipping costs to my country?
