Q4: How long for the delivery time?
RE: 3 to 5 working days for samples, massive orders is within 10-15 working days according to the quantity.30 days for customized products with opening new mold.Urgent delivery time requirement is available,we will try our best to help you.
Q5. What about the warranty? What if the LED lights go wrong?
RE: We have 3-5 years of all our products. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q6. Do LED lights need maintenance? If so, how?
RE: For regular use. There is no need maintenance as long as stable voltage can be assured.
Q7. Do you have some projects in global market?
RE: (1) We are professional enough, and most of our clients in Germany are project contractors, we are experienced to serve their projects with fast reaction.
(2) We are three years high bay and flood lights supplier for the Asia largest printing and paper making company in Indonesia, Asia Pulp&Peper CO.,Ltd(APP);
