Exclusive agent policy
1. Conditions to be exclusive agent:
(1) To be exclusive agent of our company, for the customer, the LED lighting should have been within its main business, or LED lighting will be its main business in the near future.
(2) To be exclusive agent of our company, the customer has to provide the relevant business license, legal person certificate.
(3) The number of the staff which is specialized in dealing the LED lighting business should be at least 5, including one technician, three sales men, and one supervisor.
(4) The customer should provide complete commercial plan which includes the general introduction about the enterprise, local market analysis, peer competition situation, market promotion plan, and the annual sales target based on this plan.
(5) The company registered capital is at least USD200,000.

1.Could Dualrays provide OEM service?
RE: yes,we can offer OEM services four our customers. We can print your own logo on products,packaging and customized packaging box.
2.Is Dualrays a factory or trading company ?
RE: Yes sure, we have our own factory. We focus on intelligent industrial LED luminaires manufacturer, which specialize in developing, producing,sales and service for industrial LED luminaires,mainly service
distributor,wholesaler,contractors,trading companies from Western Europe and Oceania market.
3.Can i have samples to test ?
RE: Yes,sure. Welcome to order samples for evaluation before bulk order.
4.what’s the payment methods you can accept ?
RE: We can accept multi payment routes in order to be more flexible and convenient for our customers all over the world,Western Union,Paypal,T/T,L/C.But generally the standard payment methiod is T/T for bulk orders,30% T/T in advance,balance
70% before shipment The bank information is written in the PI.

RE: LEDs can operate as standalone devices,but when grouped or clustered they require additional steps to operate properly. LEDs need proper components such as a circuits can be designed rapidly, but to ensure that they operate correctly and for long periods of time they require testing.
