1.Q:What’s the warranty for your products
A: Normal produts in 5 years.Also can according your requirment
2.Q:What’s the delivery time
A:5days for samples,25days for housing,30days for finished lamp
3.Q:Can I put my logo on the products.
A:Of couse you can.Print the logo or make a mold engrave the logo on the products both ok for us.But engrave the logo should according the MOQ,usually need more than 1000pcs.
4.Q:Which port did you in.
A:We are in Ningbo port.And Shanghai port is ok for us.But other port is too far for us.We are no very suggest you choose other port,it will increase the cost.
5.Q:Which brand’s drvier did you use?
A:For our standard products,we will use with inventronic.But you also can choose .meanwell and osram.It’s depen on your like.If you want to the lower cost,their also have some Chinese brand for your choose,such as Moso ,sosen
6.Q:How about the chips.Which one did you use?
A:In normal we will use with philip 3030,you can choose the CCT RA by yourself.Ofcouse 5050 is also ok for us.We can design it according your requirement.
7.Q:How about the lens,is there any photometric for choose.
A:Yes we have many photometrics for each items for your choose,you can see it during our catalogue.The size which we use for the lens is 50*50mm,I think many customer will lke this one.And we also can use the ledil lens,but it will be take a little longer time for the delivery time.
8.Q:If I want to use with neam socket,is ok for this products?
A:Yes of couse.You see,there have a base ,we leave this to make nama hole for all the items for this family.And it also can make zhaga hole.You can choose it by yourself.
9.Q:What’s the protection grade for your products
A:IP66 IK08
10.Q:What’s grade for your powder coating
A:Normal is C2 grade,but If the customer has special request,such as used at the seaside,in this case,we can use phosphating with Akzo powder to reach higher levels,like C3,C4.We can make the different levels according your requirment.
Q:About the powder coating,which colour did you always use?Can I choose the colour which I like?
A:Usually we will provide black and gray two colour for your choose.But customize also ok for us.Just provide the RAL No. Or your colour plate,we can according this to make it.
Q:Is there any extra cost in this way.
A:If the MOQ reach to 500pcs,it will be free.
11.Q:How about the package for your products
A:Each 1pcs with a PE bag, packing with a foam then put into the carton.It must be very safty to protect the products.And if you need the pallet ,we also can help to add it.
12.Q:Do you accept OEM?
A:Yes of couse.Our company have our own diecasting machine,mold design team.We also have many OEM customers.Just take care for it.We can help to design the products which you need.
