Application Guide
Shake well before pouring from the bottle into the 3D printer resin tank.
Before printing, determine printing parameters according to the printer used.
After printing is completed, rinse the printed object with 95% isopropyl alcohol to remove excess resin from the surface. Recommended to use with ultrasonic bath for thorough cleaning (duration: 5 mins).
After cleaning, dry the printed object with an air blower or paper towel, then proceed with the post-curing of the object. Adjust the light curing intensity and duration according to the post-curing system used.
Precautions
Keep the room well-ventilated.
Wear all necessary PPE while handling the material, including goggles, nitrile gloves and protective clothing.
Gloves should be discarded and replaced immediately if any indication of degradation exists.
Always clean the build platform and resin tray after use.
Avoid recycling used material as it may affect the next printing cycle.
Avoid using the Surgical guide material for other appliances.
