Knife gate valves can be used as cut off Valve and Adjustable Valve in some situations. It can be serviced under the Pressure Rating PN1.0~PN2.5Mpa, Service Temperature under -29~550C
Knife Gate Valves are with A “CUTTING OFF” knife, it can clean the stickers of the sealing surface to clear the Sundries automatically. Further more, a stainless steel material knife can also prevent the leakage led by corrosion.
Divided by Diameters, knife gate valve is into non-rising stem (NRS) and rising Stem (OS & Y) type.
(NRS = DN50~DN900, OS&Y=DN50~DN900), Inside of a Knife gate valve can be designed as V type, Triangle Type or Pentagon Type Passage. A “V” type Knife can be serviced as adjustable control applications.
