The Ecolite 25.6V 150Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery is a high-performance power solution engineered specifically for electric forklifts and material handling equipment. Delivering 3840Wh of reliable energy with high discharge current capability, it provides longer runtime, faster charging, and superior cycle life compared to traditional lead-acid batteries. Designed to maximize productivity in warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial facilities, this forklift battery combines advanced lithium technology with intelligent management for optimal performance and safety.
High Energy Density for Extended Operation
With 150Ah capacity and 3840Wh of usable energy in a compact 45kg package, this battery offers significantly higher energy density than equivalent lead-acid batteries. This translates to longer shift operation between charges, reduced battery changeovers, and more efficient use of forklift fleets in multi-shift operations.
Fast Charging Minimizes Downtime
Supporting a maximum charging current of 150A, the battery can be fully recharged in approximately 1–2 hours—dramatically faster than lead-acid batteries requiring 8+ hours. Opportunity charging during breaks becomes practical, keeping forklifts operational throughout the day without requiring battery swaps or dedicated charging rooms.
Exceptional Cycle Life Reduces Total Cost
Rated for over 3000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, this LiFePO4 battery outlasts lead-acid alternatives by 3–5 times. The extended service life eliminates frequent battery replacements, reduces maintenance costs, and provides a lower total cost of ownership over the equipment's lifetime.
Robust Performance in Demanding Environments
Operating reliably across -20°C to 60°C discharge and 0°C to 55°C charge (with optional low-temperature heating), the battery maintains consistent power output in cold storage facilities, unheated warehouses, and high-temperature industrial settings. Its maintenance-free design eliminates watering, equalization charges, and acid spill risks associated with lead-acid batteries.
Intelligent BMS with Real-Time Monitoring
An advanced Battery Management System (BMS) provides comprehensive protection against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuits, and temperature extremes. Individual cell monitoring ensures balanced operation and maximum lifespan. The integrated display shows voltage, current, and state of charge (SOC) at a glance, while optional communication interfaces enable integration with forklift telemetry systems.

Housed in a rugged enclosure with dimensions 595×173×510mm, the battery features heavy-duty Anderson 175A discharge connectors and REMA DIN160 charging connectors designed for the rigors of daily forklift operation.
