Product Overview
The Ecolite 48V 20KW hybrid inverter delivers pure sine wave three-phase output for residential and commercial energy storage systems. With a maximum charge and discharge current of 350A, this inverter supports up to 6 units in parallel for scalable power. The transformer-isolated design works safely with 48V low-voltage batteries including both lead-acid and lithium-ion types.
Smart PV Management
Two independent PV inputs accept up to 1000V and 30kW total solar power. The MPPT voltage range spans 150V to 800V with tracking efficiency above 99. Each phase supports 50% of rated power under unbalanced output conditions, making the system flexible for real-world load distribution.
Advanced Protection Features
Built-in AFCI (arc fault circuit interrupter) prevents fire risks from PV arc faults. The inverter includes DC polarity reverse connection protection, AC output overcurrent and overvoltage protection, short circuit protection, thermal management, and ground fault monitoring. Surge protection meets Type II standards on both DC and AC sides. The IP65 rated enclosure allows outdoor installation in dust and water spray conditions.
Generator and Secondary Load Support
This inverter accepts diesel generator input for energy storage, ideal for off-grid sites. A secondary load output enables independent power flow control, allowing you to prioritize critical loads while managing non-essential energy use. Microinverter input is also supported.
Applications
The Ecolite 48V 20KW inverter is suitable for off-grid homes, remote cabins, farm operations, small commercial buildings, and backup power systems. It works with battery banks, solar arrays, diesel generators, and grid-tied setups where three-phase power is required.
Performance in Extreme Conditions
Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +60°C with derating above 45°C. Permissible humidity is 0 to 100 and maximum altitude is 3000 meters. Intelligent air cooling maintains stable performance while keeping noise below 60dB. With 97.6% maximum efficiency and less than 3% total harmonic distortion, this inverter delivers clean, reliable power for sensitive electronics.
Connectivity and Monitoring
Communication interfaces include RS485, RS232, and CAN. Remote monitoring options cover GPRS, WIFI, Bluetooth, 4G, and LAN. The inverter complies with international grid standards including IEC 61727, IEC 62116, G99, and VDE-AR-N 4105. Safety and EMC certifications meet IEC/EN 62109-1/2.
