Switching from lead-acid to this lithium pack eliminates battery change-out shifts, acid handling and watering tasks. With 1-2 hour fast charging, one battery can support multi-shift operations that previously required two or three lead-acid units plus a spare.
The 72V 600Ah pack delivers 3500 cycles at 80% DOD - roughly 8 years in single-shift service. Combined with CAN bus communication, fleet managers get real-time visibility into battery health, usage patterns and remaining capacity, allowing proactive scheduling and maximum asset utilization.
