Q1: Can I get a free sample?
A1: We generally do not offer free samples. However, the sample cost can be refunded once you place a bulk order with us.

A2: We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union, and cash. For sample orders, we require 100% T/T in advance. For bulk orders, we require 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance paid via T/T or L/C before shipment. If you need other payment terms, please feel free to contact us.

With one charge and discharge per day, you can expect at least 5 years of normal use.
