Elevator Buffer / Elevator Oil Buffer / Polyurethane Buffer
The elevator buffer is an essential final safety component installed in the elevator pit. It absorbs impact energy and decelerates the car or counterweight effectively in case of over-speed, bottoming or over-travel, avoiding hard collision and protecting passengers and elevator equipment. It is a mandatory safety part for elevator annual inspection.
We provide two types of buffers: polyurethane buffer and hydraulic oil buffer.
The polyurethane buffer is made of high-density integrated rubber material, featuring good elasticity, stable rebound, compression resistance, anti-aging, wear resistance and crack resistance. It is waterproof, corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free, suitable for long-term use in humid and dusty pit environments.
The hydraulic buffer adopts precision hydraulic damping structure with stable oil pressure, soft buffering, uniform pressure relief and no rebound. With excellent tight sealing, no oil leakage, high and low temperature resistance, it is ideal for high-speed and heavy-load elevators.
Equipped with thick steel base and standard mounting holes, the buffer is easy to install and replace. It fully complies with elevator safety standards, ensures stable elevator operation, reduces equipment damage, and meets maintenance and annual inspection requirements. Widely used in passenger elevators, freight elevators, villa elevators and dumbwaiters.
