Automatic Electric Battery Powered Roll Paper Plastic Film Roll Lifter Easy to Operate Paper Roll Forklifts

The film winder stacker is used to tighten the inner core of the film winder and paper roll stacker. It is based on the principle that the utility model relates to a tensioning structure applied to a film winder, including a fixed shaft, a tensioning member set on the fixed shaft, and a lock nut mounted on the fixed shaft. The utility model has the advantages of simple operation, compact structure, fast tightening speed, effective improvement of the tensioning force and maintenance of a large torque, favoring improvement of the stability of the film sealing or tearing, improvement of the work efficiency, and adaptability to the film winding of different inner diameters. We apply this film winding and tensioning structure to electric stacker, all operations are electric, which greatly improves the working efficiency.

 

Main Features

1.All-electric film paper roll up axis rotary loading car for mechanical special design, expansion axis can be set for the built-in battery power electro-hydraulic drive, easy to insert the film paper roll into the center of the shaft hole, fork up the horizontal horizontal or vertical rolls, rotate so that the vertical into horizontal or horizontal put into the vertical.
