Product Description:
G80 lifting hook for a chain sling connects the chain to a load. The many types are sling hooks, Swivel Eye Hook,self-locking hooks, grab hooks, and foundry hooks. They are made from strong alloy steel like Grade 80 or Grade 100.
Common Types of Chain Sling Hooks
• Sling Hook: Wide throat opening with a spring latch for general lifting and easy attachment.
• Self-Locking Hook: Automatically locks shut when a load is lifted and will not open under tension.
• Grab Hook: Narrow throat with a cradle design to hold a chain link securely, often used to adjust chain leg length.
• Foundry Hook: Features an extra-large throat opening for wide attachment points
