Product Description:
This ratchet type load binder is forged from high-strength alloy steel, matched with Grade G80 lashing chain and forged grab hooks. Adopting precision ratchet mechanical structure, it allows operators to tighten the chain effortlessly with simple handle operation. The self-locking mechanism maintains steady tension and avoids accidental loosening during transit. This load binder is specially designed for firmly securing cargo on flatbed trailers, heavy-duty trucks and engineering construction machinery. It effectively restrains goods and prevents dangerous load shifting, sliding or collision during long-distance transportation. Every metal component undergoes heat treatment to achieve great tensile strength, impact resistance and anti-fatigue performance. All raw materials and finished products pass strict load inspection to satisfy industrial safety requirements.
Important note: This product is only used for cargo binding and not allowed for overhead lifting.
It is widely used for fastening steel materials, mechanical equipment, molds and heavy container cargos in logistics, steel yards and engineering transportation industries.
