Glass greenhouse:
The main purpose of opening windows on the top side of glass greenhouses is to circulate the indoor air, improve the indoor air environment, and also facilitate ventilation and cooling in summer, reduce humidity, etc. The ventilation system is an indispensable part of the greenhouse and plays a very important role in the production of greenhouse important role. The principle of ventilation and cooling refers to the use of natural or mechanical means to make the heat pressure or wind pressure caused by the difference in air density inside and outside the greenhouse to promote the flow of air inside and outside the greenhouse for ventilation, which is beneficial to the hot air in the greenhouse and the outside air. The contact convection accelerates the evaporation of water vapor in the air in the greenhouse and the transpiration of crops in the greenhouse, and then achieves the purpose of cooling under certain parameter conditions.
The top ventilation system of the glass greenhouse adopts rack and pinion and geared motor to open the window, and uses electronic control to control the rack and pinion transmission. Ventilation windows are located on both sides of the roof ridge, and the system is supported by hot-dip galvanized round steel pipes and attached to galvanized steel push-pull rods located in the center of the ventilation windows with special fasteners attached to the ventilation windows. The push-pull rod runs laterally. These push-pull rods are driven by drive shafts, and each row of ventilation windows on both sides of the ridge has a main drive shaft and is connected to the drive motor through a gear and rack mechanism.
