Product Introduction
The logistics-type seedbed (fully automatic seedbed) is a highly integrated automated greenhouse planting system that achieves efficient flow of potted plants throughout the greenhouse process via intelligent rail transport. The system places plants uniformly in modular seedbeds made of aluminum alloy. The seedbed structure consists of aluminum alloy side panels, partitions, bottom cross braces, and a sturdy chassis. Four sets of casters at the bottom allow for smooth movement on dedicated guide rails.
The system achieves multi-directional transport through transverse guide rails and longitudinal transfer channels at both ends of the greenhouse. A pneumatic transfer device completes the longitudinal scheduling of the seedbeds, forming a fully automated seedbed transport system that runs through sowing, germination, transplanting, maintenance, and finished product delivery. Whether it's newly transplanted seedlings or potted plants ready for market, the system enables rapid, efficient, and seamless movement and management.
With automated rail transport at its core, the logistics-type seedbed system can intelligently manage the seedling growth cycle. By precisely controlling light, temperature, humidity, and water and fertilizer supply, it significantly improves the space utilization of the greenhouse while effectively reducing labor costs. The system incorporates a flexible scheduling algorithm, compatible with various production scenarios such as sowing, germination, and transplanting. It can also collaborate with IoT sensor terminals to form a data-driven smart planting process.
It is suitable for digital seedling factories, large-scale flower planting bases, vertical leafy vegetable factories, and high-value-added crop production. With a short investment return cycle, this system is a crucial piece of equipment for modern facility agriculture moving towards large-scale, intensive, and unmanned operations.
