Their specialized sealing and materials block dust, oil, and debris, ensuring stable operation in Class 10 cleanrooms.

(1) Fully Enclosed Protection: Features a triple seal (stainless steel cover, labyrinth profile, optional bellows), achieving IP54 rating and SGS certification for long-term cleanroom use. Low particle generation, with optional suction nozzles to expel operational particles, meeting semiconductor/medical cleanliness needs.

(2) High Precision & Stability: Equipped with a C7 ball screw (C3 optional) for ±0.01mm repeat positioning accuracy. High-rigidity CNC-machined aluminum profiles with dual rails and four sliders support 55kg horizontal/side load, 16kg vertical load, 1050mm max stroke, and 1000mm/s max speed.
