Structure introduction:
A half shaft gear hydraulic rotary oil cylinder chuck includes a spindle connecting disc connected to the spindle, one end face of the chuck body is installed on the spindle connecting disc, the other end face of the chuck body is equipped with a ring groove in the middle, and the outer circumference is uniformly installed with an oil cylinder seat;
The bottom of the angle oil cylinder is installed in the oil cylinder seat, and the top is equipped with an oil cylinder pressure plate through a nut;
One end face of the tooth mold seat is installed on the ring groove through end face sealing, and the other end face is equipped with a tooth mold; The tooth mold is equipped with a circular tooth groove that matches the half shaft gear to be fixed;
The half shaft gear is installed on the tooth mold and is compressed and fixed by the surrounding oil cylinder pressure plate.
Through the above structure, the utility model solves the technical problems of difficult tightening of the half shaft gear and easy displacement during processing in the existing technology.
