How It Works

The continuous workflow begins at the ultrasonic washing station, where independent water and gas spray needles thoroughly cleanse the vials. The containers are then transported into the sealed hot air circulation tunnel, undergoing preheating, 320°C high-speed sterilization, and cooling.

Once the vials enter the Class A laminar flow zone, the positive table design smoothly delivers them to the filling nozzles for ultra-precise dosing. Immediately after, rubber stoppers are automatically inserted, and the vials are transferred to the follow-up rolling station for final hermetic capping.
