The Cause: Excessive Foaming and Oxidative Degradation

At the exact millisecond the fill concludes, a targeted vacuum retracts any residual droplets, leaving the bottle threads completely pristine for capping.

To protect high-value, sensitive cosmetics, the system can be configured with an integrated Nitrogen Purging Manifold. This mechanism injects a blanket of inert nitrogen into the bottle immediately prior to and during the dosing phase, aggressively displacing ambient oxygen and securing the molecular stability of premium skincare formulations.
