The Lingyao LYGZX Series Automatic Disinfectant Filling Line is a rugged, high-capacity automation platform engineered specifically for handling volatile and highly corrosive liquids in 250ml to 1000ml rigid plastic (HDPE/PET) and glass bottles.

Configurable with 4 to 12 synchronized filling nozzles, this system delivers a steady production output of 20 to 80 Bottles Per Minute (BPM). By integrating specialized anti-corrosive fluid pathways with optional heavy-industrial explosion-proof safety systems, the LYGZX guarantees long-term operational stability, uncompromising operator safety, and precise volumetric dosing without foaming or dripping.

The Cause: Chemical Corrosion, Flammable Vapors, and High-Volume Foaming

Utilizing standard beverage or cosmetic fillers for active disinfectants introduces catastrophic facility risks and severe mechanical failures:

1. Aggressive Chemical Corrosion: Chlorine-based disinfectants (like sodium hypochlorite) and high-concentration hydrogen peroxide rapidly eat through standard 304 stainless steel and regular rubber seals. This causes rust contamination in the product and destroys the machine's internal pumps within months.

2. Flammable Alcohol Vapors: Medical hand sanitizers and 75% ethanol surface disinfectants generate highly volatile, flammable vapors during high-speed 1000ml filling. Standard electrical cabinets and non-isolated motors present a critical ignition risk, violating severe occupational safety and fire codes.

3. High-Volume Foaming: Antiseptic solutions containing surfactants foam aggressively when dispensed at high speeds into 1000ml bottles. This foam overflows, contaminating the bottle threads and causing downstream capping failures and leaking transit boxes.

The Solution: Specialized Fluid Defense and Subsurface Dosing

To combat aggressive corrosion, the fluid pathway can be entirely customized. For chlorine-based products, the machine utilizes Medical-Grade PTFE (Teflon), Titanium alloys, or Non-Metallic Ceramic Plungers, ensuring zero chemical reaction between the disinfectant and the machinery.

To guarantee facility safety during alcohol-based runs, the entire electrical backbone, drive matrix, and PLC control layout can be upgraded to strict ExdⅡBT4 Explosion-Proof safety standards, completely sealing all potential ignition points.

To eliminate foaming and dripping, the filling station is equipped with Servo-Driven Subsurface (Diving) Nozzles. The nozzles descend to the bottom of the 1000ml bottle and rise in perfect synchronization with the liquid level. Combined with a pneumatic vacuum suck-back valve, this mechanism ensures rapid, foam-free dosing with zero drips on the bottle neck, locking the filling accuracy to an exact and stable volume.
