Packaging high-value recombinant proteins and sensitive bioactive liquids requires more than just speed; it requires an unbroken chain of sterility and molecular stability. The Lingyao Integrated Aseptic Vial Processing Line is a 12.6-meter unified ecosystem engineered for 2ml to 30ml glass vials.
By integrating ultrasonic washing, 350°C depyrogenation, and precision dosing with multi-stage nitrogen blanketing, this system achieves an output of 6,000 to 26,000 BPH. It is the definitive solution for global facilities requiring absolute zero-contamination and protection against oxidative degradation.
Recombinant proteins are notoriously fragile. Exposure to even trace amounts of oxygen during the filling process can trigger protein aggregation or oxidation, rendering the batch ineffective. Furthermore, standard standalone machines require manual vial transfer, which introduces microscopic air turbulence and breaks the ISO Class 5 sterile boundary.
The Lingyao engineering team resolved these stability challenges through a Full Linkage Architecture. Vials transition directly from the sterilization tunnel into an enclosed, nitrogen-enriched filling zone.
To eliminate oxidation, the system implements Three-Stage Nitrogen Purging:
Pre-filling: Displaces oxygen from the empty vial.
During-filling: Maintains an inert environment around the tracking nozzles.
Post-filling: Ensures the head-space is 100% nitrogen-filled before the final hermetic seal.
Handling is managed by low-shear peristaltic or ceramic pumps, ensuring a volumetric accuracy of ≤ ±0.5% while preserving the delicate molecular structure of your formulations.
