Spanning an impressive 12.6 meters, this heavy-duty platform seamlessly combines ultrasonic washing, thermal depyrogenation, ultra-precise dosing, and hermetic sealing into one continuous workflow. Operating at scalable speeds from 6,000 to 26,000 Vials Per Hour (BPH), it provides an absolute sterile barrier for your most critical Bioactive liquids, ensuring total compliance with stringent global manufacturing standards.

Vials transition smoothly from the 350°C depyrogenation tunnel directly into the ISO Class 5 / Class 100 laminar airflow filling core without any human intervention.

To protect oxygen-sensitive formulations, the filling station is equipped with an advanced Nitrogen Purging System, precisely displacing oxygen within the vial neck immediately before and after dosing. The fluid is handled by high-precision, low-shear pumps (configurable to Peristaltic or Ceramic based on your exact viscosity), guaranteeing a strict volumetric accuracy of ≤ ±0.5%.
