The standard 1U heat sink measures 4.445cm in thickness, conforming to EIA industry standards recognized worldwide. As the foundational generation of server heat sinks, this product category continues to expand its applications across the computerized industry. With the growing prevalence of digital equipment, 1U server heat sinks have become essential components in server cooling systems, designed to fit standard assembly spaces while delivering exceptional cooling performance.
The 1.5U heat sink was developed for specialized server architectures. While initially limited in cooling capacity, it provided valuable technical insights that paved the way for advanced server heat sink innovations, establishing the foundation for 1.5U, 2U, and 3U server cooling solutions.
Our air-cooled equipment includes: 10 units of low-temperature solder reflow ovens, 5 units of baking ovens, 20 units of automatic solder dispensing equipment, 3 units of automatic solder brushing equipment, 50 units of torque-controlled electric screwdrivers, 1 unit of CCD inspection equipment, 2 units of fully automatic optical module testing equipment, 11 units of multi-station thermal performance testing equipment, 4 units of flatness optical testing equipment, and other related equipment.
We maintain rigorous quality standards with 1 Coordinate Measuring Machine, 1 projector instrument, 2 water high pressure testing machines, 4 thermal resistance testing machines, and 2 liquid leakage testing machines.
