Power semiconductor devices: Efficiently cools IGBT modules in automotive inverters and controllers with heat flux density of 50-1000+W/cm² through optimized flow channel designs (needle rib type, milled groove type, welded fin type)
Battery management systems: Handles heat dissipation during fast charging and high-load discharge with serpentine channel cold plates (channel height <3mm)
Other automotive electronics: Cools on-board chargers, DC-DC converters, and similar components to maintain stable operating temperatures

Our heat sinks undergo comprehensive production processes including drawing design, CNC machining, friction stir welding, soldering, assembly, skiving, extrusion, testing, and surface treatment.

Packaging Details
All products are securely packed in EPE foam within cartons, with additional wooden frame protection and waterproof packaging film. Larger items may use wooden crates with thick EPE lining for maximum protection during shipping.
