Custom Cold Plates for Mission Critical Power Electronics Cooling. The drive towards higher power and more compact packages is making liquid cooling a necessity in many applications. Partnering with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), we supply custom cold plates for electronics cooling and other applications where high performance and high reliability are essential.
Every product of heat sinks needs several processes including the drawing design, CNC machining, friction welding stir, soldering, assembly, skiving and extrusion, testing and finally surface treatment.
This coolant plate is suitable for heating computer CPUs, graphics GPUs, motherboards, Xbox console CPUs, graphics, semiconductor cooling sheets, industrial drives, laser head cooling and industrial control cabinet cooling.
All the heat sinks, water cold plates and heat pipes are packed in EPE foam and cartons, with the carton itself having strong protection using wooden frames. Finally, we utilize waterproof packaging transparent film. Some larger heat sinks or water cooling plates may adopt wooden cartons due to special demands, with thick EPE inside the wooden box offering great protection from inside and outside impacts.
