For high watt densities where air-cooled heat sinks are inadequate, liquid-cooled cold plates provide the ideal high-performance heat transfer solution. Yuanyang offers three different cold plate technologies with full custom design and build capabilities.
Our heat sinks undergo multiple processes including drawing design, CNC machining, friction stir welding, soldering, assembly, skiving and extrusion, testing, and surface treatment to ensure optimal performance and quality.
Our heat sinks and water cold plates are utilized across multiple industries including transportation, CPU computers, servers, LED lighting, laser equipment, air conditioning, and any electrical products that generate heat.
All heat sinks, water cold plates, and heat pipes are packed in EPE foam and cartons with strong wooden frame protection. Packaging includes waterproof transparent film. Larger heat sinks or water cooling plates may use wooden cartons with thick EPE foam for superior protection against impact during transportation.
