Cold Plate Radiator Design
We design internal flow channels based on customer-provided power consumption data and heat distribution patterns to meet specific temperature rise and uniformity requirements while maintaining acceptable fluid flow resistance.

Liquid Cooling System Technology
In high-power liquid cooling systems, heat sinks (liquid cold plates) capable of rapid heat absorption are required to transfer heat quickly. Leveraging the high specific heat capacity of liquids, these systems transfer large amounts of heat through liquid flow, making them one of the most effective heat dissipation methods available today. They can dissipate heat ranging from several hundred watts to over one kilowatt.
Cold Plate Types
Buried-tube Liquid Cold Plate: Fabricated by grooving upper and lower plates, burying and welding copper tubes inside, then hermetically sealing via welding. Provides reliable liquid tightness and operational safety with precision-machined high flatness surfaces.
Inserted-tube Liquid Cold Plate: Manufactured by embedding copper tubes onto aluminum plate surfaces using welding or bonding processes. Direct contact with heat source minimizes thermal resistance and enhances efficiency.
Channel-type Liquid Cold Plate: Internal flow channels formed on copper or aluminum substrates through drilling, extrusion, and precision machining. Sealed using friction welding or high-temperature brazing with low manufacturing costs and complex geometries.
Liquid Cooling Block: For high-power chip heat dissipation, featuring internal flow channels created through skiving fin technology to maximize heat exchange surface area.
