To maintain normal temperatures and steady operation, high-power laser equipment cold plates are essential. These water cooling plates can dissipate over 500W, 1000W, or even 3000W of heat by utilizing liquid flow, with cooling power adjustable based on flow speed and water volume. Copper tubes transmit water while the heat source attaches to the cold plate, spreading and dissipating heat to achieve lower temperatures.
