1. What kind of bottle you are specialized in?
We are specialized in producing super flint (crystal white) raw material for handmade glass bottle, and high flint (high white and general) raw material for machine made glass bottle.
2. What's different in the bottle material?
Super flint glass bottle has the best transparency, better appearance and heavier weight. High flint glass bottle is similar to super flint glass bottle, but it is light. The transparency of the bottle is not as good as the other two materials, lighter in weight and the cheapest.
3. What about cap?
We also have our own bottle attachment factory, which produce glass cap, wooden cork, synthetic cork, aluminum cap, metal lid, and plastic cap. As well as luxury packaging box and carton.
4. Can I have a custom design? Yes. We are specialized in making custom glass bottle. We have a very professional design team can help our client's design any kinds of glass bottle. Or please offer your own drawing.
5. About after-sales services, if some pieces was broken, how to deal with?
When you got some of bottles broken, just take photos and statistics the exact quantity within 7days, we will deal with it asap.
6. What is your sample policy?
For stock products, samples are free you only pay for the freight. For custom products, we need to make sample mold and charge the sample mold cost.
